Person In Charge Level 2 Training (PIC-L2)

Course Duration: 2 Days (12 Hrs)
Course Objective:
This course is designed for Managers or Supervisors at the Food Outlets to ensure food safety in their day to day operations. The PIC should also know the legal requirements for food establishments in Dubai and the ways and means to ensure compliance.
Who Should Attend:
Owners, Managers and Supervisors working in Bakery/Confectionery (Low Risk - bread, chocolate, sweets, sugar confectionery), Fishmonger/ Fish Stall, Butcher Shop, Fruit and Vegetables Stall, Grocery, Departmental Store/ Supermarket (Pre-packaged food only), Catering company (hot holding at service site), Restaurant (same day cook and service), Cafeteria , Café etc..

The Course is followed by an objective type examination conducted by Dubai Municipality Accredited Awarding Body. Successful candidates will receive Level 2 PIC Certificate.
The course can be delivered in English, Hindi and Malayalam. PIC Hand book shall be provided to all attendees.
